Refund Policy

At FundedEX we want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued.

1. Challenge Fees

Your challenge fee is refundable on your first payout, as part of our profit reward structure. Once a challenge account has been activated and trading has begun, the fee is otherwise non-refundable.

2. Eligibility For Refund

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and before any trades are placed on the account. Accounts with executed trades are not eligible for a refund.

3. Instant Funding Accounts

Instant Funding accounts are activated immediately and are therefore non-refundable once access credentials have been delivered.

4. How To Request A Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team with your order number and the email used for purchase. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
