1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts to use FundedEX services. Services are not available where prohibited by law.

2. Evaluation & Funded Accounts

FundedEX provides simulated evaluation challenges. Successful completion grants access to a funded account subject to the trading rules and profit-split terms applicable to the selected program.

3. Trading Rules

Each program has specific rules including profit targets, drawdown limits, and prohibited strategies. Violation of these rules may result in account termination without refund.

4. Payouts

Profit withdrawals are processed in accordance with the payout schedule of your program. FundedEX reserves the right to review trading activity prior to releasing any payout.
